If you want the mod to be for 1.10.1, Download the mod, then Go to File Explorer > Documents > Paradox Interactive > Hearts of Iron IV > mod > your mod (Not the folder one, the other one), Get Notepad or Sublime text or whatever your using, drag the mod (Not the folder one), into there, see the “Supported Version” line and the version of the game that is supported? Change it to your version
The files are incomplete, and it CTDs when the loading screen is at «Reforming the Wehrmacht». Some of the paths in the descriptor lead to nonexistant files, and deleting them/creating the folders does nothing. Is there any way to get all the files?
