Hey! If ur on mobile try this. First, download ZArchiver. Than, to open the files for melon playground if it's not already opened, look for the ZArchiver app on the file manager. Select it.
Than, go back, and download the mod. Go to downloads, and select the three lines, and dots. Select date, go back, and select the recent file you downloaded. Copy it/them. Go to the home screen, select Android, than data, select melon playground. Go to files, than mods, And finally, paste your mod.

its a cool mod i recommend it you if you have a lots of free time. but sadly, the game didn't had some of the countries i wanted to play with for example kurdistan.
