If you trust the mod, you can disable this. I am pretty sure that many completely not malicious mods require access to certain things like files on your PC to save the progress.

I think i have to extract It and place it to the people playground that I installed on steamunlocked Then Open People playground And People playground Data And open Mods (If you don't have a file like that Create it and name it Mods I think) and copy the Mod I downloaded And Paste it into Mods And when I open People playground It works But Guys hope it helped I didn't create this mod
