Most of the assets and scripts used in the mod come from "Teardown" and the mods it provides
I've used the "cleaner" script from Dust2 to remove the debris under the map
Destructible Helicopter script from: (UFO Mod By Bluedrake42) and (Engage the Enemy: Apache vs Hind by: TTFH3500)
I've used Advanced Weathers mod to optimize and make some weathers

The mod is oversized (around 100MB) from the way I've made it and I've increased the size a bit to improve the different versions.
More Info
-Default versions has the better performance, but buildings destruction looks worse.
-All flooded versions load less objects and has better performance but floating debris can reduce it.
-All aditions (helicopter, trees, carsonroad, parkedcars, traffic, robots), increase lag.
You can use "Basic" option to remove the objects included in the version and load only your selections.
-In the in-game menu you can delete:
Chopper, robots, ufos.
Broken cars (only works with cars from "carsonroad" and "parkedcars".
Lamp post, street props ("Performance" option do it automatically at start)
Lights from the concrete building ("Performance" option do it automatically at start)
Walls of the map (small dot near Delete)
-The spawnable helicopter will automatically respawn, or will be unbreakable if the option is checked in the main menu of the map.
Buildings Physics On: The ground of the building is the heaviest part of the building and it holds it in place, but it is not attached to the ground. You can move them around. (Fun to play using some mods but can crash using others)
Buildings Physics Off: The building falls when the last voxel in contact with the ground is destroyed. (It has better performance, you do not slip off the buildings and you can use vehicles on top of them)
The "Maze" and "UFO" versions uses buildings attached to the ground with dinamic objects.
The "Redux" version has more complex buildings and doesn't have the option "Buildings Physics On" but you can spawn them dynamic in the spawn menu.

I'm having issues with the bridges in the islands version not loading until I damage them, anyone know how to fix that?
