Mod «Planetary Diversity - Gaia Worlds» for Stellaris (v3.4.*)
This is a stand-alone mod, it does not need Planetary Diversity to work.
This mod does one thing, replaces the default Gaia + My Eco-City Worlds with maps that more match the artwork for the Gaia World. This will not work with any other mods that overwrite these files and make sure this mod is below all PD mods or anything else that changes the Gaia World.
