Adds a new simple weapon mastery mechanic into the game.
Vanilla and Combat Extended supported. A list of all current and upcoming weapons can be found here.
Allows ranged weapons to have more than 100% accuracy, albeit with diminishing returns after 100%.
A simple gun mod. Over time, it will be supplemented with new models of weapons. CE Compatible.
