Mod «Democratic Russia» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.17.0)

While No Step Back was undoubtedly one of the best DLCs for HOI4, if not the best, it left a lot to be desired for the Russian focus tree. So, I decided to fix that!

I created a democratic path for Russia that is actually fun!
