This module for PD reworks habitability to try to better represent the subtle differences in each planet class in the tradition of "Habitability Reworked" and "PD Reworked". Every planet is given a space on a 6×6 grid.
The system is not equal for every class, but planet groups (wet/dry/cold) are still respected with each planet gaining a minimum of 50% on those planets. Planets close to the centre get few bonuses but get medium habitability on a ton of planets. As they get closer to the corners they start gaining more and more habitability for like planets, but low habitability on all others, this will hopefully make a more equal game for each planet choice.
