bro people playground will never come out on ipad or android the game only exists for pc because the game will not hold cell phones or ipad
an android version of People Playground was released (cannot find in app/play store) but sadly, its Chinese, if you still want it you'll need to find it in youtube, search «People Playground android» and some of the videos there should contain the link in the description/comments to download the people playground android
