Buckshot Roulette for People Playground

I'm surprised nobody made this sooner. This project is based on the game Buckshot Roulette and includes the following features:

- Customize the number of live shells: Choose how many shells are live and shuffle them in a random order.

- Polarity switching: Invert a shell’s status so that a blank becomes live or vice versa.
