Mod «OWB: Enclave+» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.12.12)

What started out as a small personal mod for me more or less ballooned into this massive project as I kept adding more and more on. I've Gone back and reworked the whole thing.

This NOT affiliated with the main ERB Mod. This was my own project that I did on my own time. All credit to them and their mod.

This mod adds:

• Over a 200 new events
• Bald Eagles
• Restart Pre-War Corporations (Kind of)
• Discover the Fate of China
• Bring an end to the Great War...... or Dont
• and as an added bonus: Texas is in there too

Required:

• OWB - Enclave Reborn
• Old World Blues

• Removed Civilian Power Grid for the Purists, again!
• added increased radar tower build speed in its stead
• Fixed Cache Decisions not working
• Fixed Cache Events only firing once

  • Enclave Frigate in place of Torpedo Boat
  • More Ace Portraits

  Changed:

  • Tlaloc’s Event is now split between Releasing Tlaloc’s Sons take over (at the cost of sophisticated robot tech) or having Santa Anna take over
    American Brotherhood of Steel returns thanks to the Enclave Puppet Tree
  • Baja State now loads Enclave Puppet Tree when created under the Enclave
  • New Victoria now loads Enclave Puppet Tree
  • Air Equities events now spawns Fighters, Balloons, and Bomber gliders. I have no regrets, just making it more dynamic.
  • Prodigal Sons Auxiliary is now unlocked.

  Fixed

  • Gauss Weapons not being awarded during the event.
  • Peterson AFB Placement
  • AI choosing Hard Mode. Why you all play as not the Enclave I’ll never know but I won’t punish you for it.
  • A few misfiring events and modifiers
