No need to wait until you've lost 15% of your VPs

  • Open Supply Map mode (f4)
  • Click a supply hub
  • Click the star icon.

Your Capital Supply Hub is now moving! For 7 days you'll have no supply from railroads, after which your supply will gradually increase for 14 more days until you have full supply again. (Default HOI4 behaviour)
