Mod «Decisions: Speeches Audio» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.9.0 - 1.9.1)
This mod brings you 93 new decisions within two new categories:
- Public Speaking: allows you to make speeches.
- Foreign Leader Announcements: allows you to listen to speeches by other world leaders.
All decisions are based on historical speeches and public announcements.
Execution of a decision will TRIGGER AUDIO THAT PLAYS IN-GAME.
How to install mod?
To install the mod for the game Hearts of Iron 4, unpack the contents of the archive to the folder Documents\Paradox Interactive\Hearts of Iron IV\mod and enable the modification in the launcher.
There's no descriptor file, how do i install it?

Normal Hoi4 Launcher: Make sure you have the compatible version of the mod, then you look for the option to create mod hoi 4, then you close the game and go to its main folder, there should be a folder called mods, put the mod you like there and that's it .
If you have hoi 4 1.9 pirate, then: you do the same, put the chosen mod to its proper folder, but to activate it and play it you have to activate the mod in a different launcher that should be in the main folder of the game, called «dowser. exe „there you activate the mod but don't open the game there, you open it with the other launcher, the original one that has the game icon and in theory you should open the game with the mod you want.
