Ukrainian Armored Vehicles for Teardown

Reason: Update mod to version: 17.09.23
This is just the beginning of my mod, so don't be surprised if it has bugs and freezes.
To begin with, I made the T-64BV tank in two versions - the USSR and the modernization of 2017.
Of the main problems that I know:
- no interior
- lags when spawning
- does not have good armor
