The 1998 CAP Grand Hauler, built by Cullington Automobile Plant, is a rugged vehicle. Thus it has been used by many organizations for all sorts of uses, from military personnel carriers to lawn-care vans. Even as advanced a company as Quilez Security Corporation uses it for multiple uses, one such being their 'Containment Vans'.
These vehicles are armored vans which see use wherever an armored van should. Most famously, Quilez's CV fleet saw service in what has now become known as the 'BlueTide Breach', when multiple armed security robots found themselves loose and began to cause havoc. These armored security vans were used to transport Quilez personnel to sites safely, and also to transport disabled rogue droids.
Conspiracies also surround these vans, with some speculating that they see some more under-the-table usage in eliminating threats to Quilez business, but Quilez Corp. has so far denied all claims, though they are used in dealing with security breaches on their own property. Whether this is the truth is yet to be seen.
