Ultimate Web-Shooter for Teardown

I discovered that there is no decent web shooter in the Teardown community, so I tried to do something about this sad situation without being a programmer or modder. But I'm happy with the result and the work done. I hope you will appreciate it too.

I might be able to add item interaction in the future, so you can pull objects up with a web or drag them behind you, but, for now, I haven't figured out how to do that so as not to break something that already works properly.
