Dynamic Office Tower for Teardown

Just a depressing office complex. Fully Dynamic.

The building contains 13 (or 6 for the short tower) floors. The floors contain the following:

• Subterranean parking garage
• Lobby floor with coffee shop & plaza
• 10 office floors containing 2 variants (4 floors for the short tower)
• Roof/penthouse with an elevator machine room

With the exception of the core and columns, every component in this building is a dynamic prop held together with joints. Destroying a column should cause the entire building to sag/collapse.
