Dynamic and Flammable Office Building

I made a flammable and dynamic office building using ball joints. Most of the structure is flammable and dynamic (including beams). Perfect for Fire Fighting simulation.

This is a WORK IN PROGRESS. Some stuff may be glitchy. and the ground is just a placeholder for now. More things will be added in the future (lobby, restaurant, maybe an observation deck of some sort)

Also, this map is VERY PERFORMANCE HEAVY. If it lags too much, use the light switch in the lobby. I will probably work on a menu soon like in my other map.

and how to install mods if I downloaded them from the Internet, write step by step for Windows, please

Download the mod,

 There are 2 Ways to install it, Go to your Teardown files, Go to mods, and Place it there,

But, that will be the same menu as the built in mods, So if you want to have more space there,

Put them in Documents/Teardown/Mods There it will show in the Local mods tab,

1. open the downloaded file if it is a zip

2. put the file folder inside the zip file to the mods folder

3. thats it
