The Russian yard for Teardown

So. I present to your attention my next work, on which I have been working for about 9 months and which is approximately 85% completed. At some point, work on this map was abandoned, and I made another map, "The Vault of the Future", which was warmly received and highly appreciated by you. Now I have returned to this work again and hope to complete it by the end of the summer. I hope you enjoy this work. I warn you right away, the map is not for weak PCs, if you had problems with the launch and operation of my previous map, then this one will be the same, since this map has many more objects and details than in the first map.

So what awaits you on this map. A small Russian courtyard at sunset in the 1990s. This is not a copy of any existing court or place, but a variation on a theme inspired by the spirit and aesthetics of the time. The five-story building, or as it is also called in Russia - "Khrushchevka" , is named after Nikita Sergeevich Khrushchev, during whose reign their mass construction began in the USSR. Project 1-464 was taken as the basis, one of the most massive ones that were built throughout the Soviet Union.
