At this point I don't have it in me to keep on maintaining this mod. In case anyone is interested, I'd be happy to make him a co-author, in order to continue running this page and update the mod himself.
I leave everyone a right to take the mod as it is, and just make whatever he likes out of it.
Joakim.Westergaard comment: While I/We do try to keep this mod updated to a "working standard" since Petruxa left, ONLY English Localization has been updated. I have neither the time or skills to update the other languages, but feel free to post translations and I'll include them in upcoming updates.

- 2 new Ethical scales:
COOPERATIVE / COMPETITIVE - to reflect economic values of your society, reflecting the ownership of property and how wealth and means of production are distributed;
ECOCENTRIST / INDUSTRIALIST - to reflect Species relation towards their biosphere;
Basically, vanilla Authoritarian - Egalitarian paradigm was transformed into 2 independent scales: Authoritarian - Libertarian and Competitive - Cooperative, where Authoritarian - Libertarian only reflects political values, and how political power is distributed between State and Citizens
Number of available Ethic points was increased to 5
around 50+ new Civics, along with some rebuild/modified vanilla Civics
New civics are of different types: Green (regular) an Yellow (so-called "themed governments"). Some of the vanilla Civics has been modified or disabled, in order to maintain the consistency of the Civic's set as a whole.
- a new Authority type: DIRECT DEMOCRACY
- 30+ new Government forms
- a range of new Policies: ECONOMIC STANCE, AUTHORITY STANCE, EDUCTAION, HEALTHCARE, TRANSPORTATION, TELECOMMUNICATION, and a few new Trade policies
- 20 of new Jobs
Leaders start from level 0. Maximum Leader level is increased to 20
Localisations: English, Russian
Broken Shackle now spawns a nearby system that contains a very special (gaia+Bloom species) Pre-FTL empire.
This is meant to help jump-start your federation against the Minimar Specialized Industries (MSI) advanced empire.
Added new Primitive Civics:
- The Obelisk: A mysterious obelisk that stands silently watching over this civilization... unscathed through time.(Can be used as a 'get out of jail free' card where a Fallen Empire or the Minimar Specialized Industries will come save you)
- Environmental Synergy: A titanic sapling towers over this world, shaped by the inhabitants for millions of years.(Very good building + homeworld is gaia)
