Total Apparel Retexture
Updated textures for:
* Kid Tribal
* Cultist Mask
* Prestige Cataphract Helmet
* Samurai Helmet (Prestige Marine Helmet)
* Currently, normal cataphract visuals get added for prestige version as well. This happens because of the patch needed to add visual variants to the helmet. It's a bit different from the others and this is the only way to make the extra visuals work. So Prestige Cataphract Helmet gets the visuals for Normal version and its 2 visuals.
* Samurai Helmet currently shares a visual with with one Pre Cata Helm. I will change this when I can come up with a design for it.
With this update, I consider the mod, feature complete!
