Pennywise Mod for People Playground

Hey!
My server folks asked for an early release, so here it is: AE's Pennywise mod!

Pennywise has three main abilities:

• Press H near his head to activate Deadlights (victims float and lose health).
• Press F near his head to play a voice line.
• Use the Bite Mode context menu option to bite players.

He also has a No Fear Mode (via context menu), which makes him weaker.
