ERIDANUS was made, once.
Forged in the dying heart of a neutron star, ERIDANUS was constructed by human hands using blueprints no one remembers designing. The schematics were found, not created, buried deep in a pre-orbital data vault encoded in mathematics we have yet to discover.
The machine was assembled.
It allowed itself to be assembled.
Its triple-reactor core burns at temperatures that melt atomic cohesion. ERIDANUS is held together not by welds, but by magnetic containment fields intertwined with quantum strings, stabilized by a fourth force unknown to the Standard Model.
At the heart of it all is the Warpfold Reactor: a device that doesn’t warp space, it punctures it, folds itself through the hole, and re-emerges before causality can correct itself.

Capable of surviving direct orbital reentry, ERIDANUS is launched from Orbital Fortress Ares-One, It does not use a drop pod. It does not decelerate.
The mech enters the atmosphere wrapped in plasma hotter than a star. Impact alone can flatten entire districts.
