MPW library for People Playground

Reason: Update mod to version: 05.04.24
Library for creating and managing windows. Also includes UIBuilder. This mod adds the ability to create custom windows for our mods (Int Team). Without this mod, many of the features from our other mods will not work. So installing this mod is a must. All of our big mods that use custom windows will only need this mod. This is to avoid adding a ton of code to each mod!

- special activation (SA) has been moved from Prostheses and Apex mods to MPW to avoid conflicts between them and future mods (a setting to disable SA has also been added)
- now settings and info are created gradually (to avoid freezes)

People to who is saying «how to use this mod» its a mod to help you put a screen and describe about it, like magic mod if you click in the quick menu see magic or anything like that it will put a screen or a tab, its like a helper for tabs
Does anyone know how to change the special activation key?
Bro, go to controlls then change the hotkey
You can use this mod for other mods to work like the more vehicles mod and other mods by int team.
