Controllable Mario for People Playground

Fleshed out Mario that's playable.

Controls:

J - Right
L - Left
I - Jump
K - Sprint
O - Shoot Fire

-Fixed luigi not being able to shoot fire

-Fixed Coin fx showing up in the spawn menu

• also made all the controls changable, so now you can change them around however you want

• Updated it to say the controls of the blocks whenever you deselect current block. Some people were confused so this is a good solution until i find a more organic way to show the controls.
• New update! added mushrooms, adult Mario, breaking bricks, and more blocks to build with! Still working on a map to go with this mod, aka a blank world, 1-1 etc. So maybe tomorrow, maybe another day, but definitely soon!
