Accurate Resize & Position for People Playground

Allows you to accurately resize and position things... Who would have guessed?

You can now (in the context menu):

• Set the exact X and Y scale of objects.
• Offset objects by an exact amount.
• Set the exact world position of objects.

These all work with multiple or single objects.
