ARMA: Cold War Assault for People Playground

This mod is about the fictional Malden Islands Crisis (in ARMA: Cold War Assualt/Operation Flashpoint), and the 1989 Everon Conflict (shown in ARMA: Reforger). You will see a mix of Reforger and Cold War Assault weapons here.

"Malden Islands Crisis"

The Malden Islands Crisis was a conflict between rogue Soviet forces of the Soviet 3rd Army under Aleksei Guba (who were originally garrisoned in Kolgujev) and the NATO garrison in Malden and Everon. The conflict lasted from May 5th 1985 to July 10th 1985. This conflict was won by NATO and Everon Freedom Alliance (EFA) forces, with Malden and Everon liberated from the invading Soviet forces, Aleksei Guba being captured, and two SCUD missile launchers being disabled.

"1989 Everon Conflict"

The 1989 Everon Conflict was a conflict between expeditionary forces of the Soviet Union and the United States. Most of the information on the conflict is unknown, and if it is canon is still debated.
