to do it succsesful download the mod put it to desktop extract it then put mod data into new folder open people playground mod menu press on mod press on mod folder button turn of people playground by pressing it logo which is on the bottom then put the folder with the mod data into the mods folder run people playground and if it says error go to settings and turn of the setting that those that. enjoy!

hello friend here is how to fix it. Go to General Settings and disable the setting called «Reject Suspicious mods» and then recompile and it will work. I had to do this on reactive npcs. But that should fix your problem

all these files are ziped you need to unzip them unzipping folders are simple just take everything out of that zipped folder and put it into mod folder easy as that
