PU Boeing 707 for People Playground

The Boeing 707 was an American narrow-body aircraft which was developed and produced in 1957. It was the first 700 series aircraft, and consequently, the first jet propelled airliner by Boeing.

The 707 was successful in ushering in affordable, fast and widespread plane travel around the world. For over 20 years, it flew thousands of passengers, with over 850 units produced and sold. While not extremely successful, it was still very important to the advancements made in aviation.

While most 707s are retired in modern day, its hull, nose and other parts live on in the newer 737 series.

The 707 may have been one of the most influential jet liners built by Boeing, as it paved way for an entirely new chapter of airline aviation. A faster, cheaper and safer one.
