Mod «German Communist tree (KPD) Updated» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.13.1)

This mod adds a communist tree for Germany. Waking the Tiger DLC is needed to work.

• Fixed news in Thälmann banishment event sometimes referring to the regime as Nazi regime even in Provisional Government (in rot_news.3.d).
• Removed SOV-related files for better modularization. Instead, Natalia Sedova's name was hardcoded (cannot be translated) at the Soviet Leadership Change event.
• Compatible with ver1.12.12. All vanilla changes in ver1.12.11 and 1.12.12 have been reflected in the mod.
• The flag of Communist Austria was changed to a better one in ver 1.12.1 of vanilla, so I thought that it made less sense to make it different with KPD Mod, so I used the vanilla flag again.
