Mod «More Cities» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.16.10)

This mod adds new cities and towns to the game, making every kilometer important. I have increased the Victory Points range from 1-50 to 1-75, allowing for greater difference between megalopolis and smaller towns, as of update 2.5.9 i have done:
