Mod «Millennium Anime 2» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.13.1 - 1.13.4)

With permission from Juliet, this mod simply continues Millennium Anime to the newer version of Millennium Dawn. This mod is stand-alone and doesn't need the original Millennium Anime to work.

Right now, this mod is INCOMPLETE and my focus is to update the leader portraits of each country within the game, and once I'm finished with that, I will work on the former 7 major powers from the original mod with their respective generals, admirals, and leaders.

I'm trying my best to match the artistic details of MD with this anime mod. Most of the modified portraits are in the 2000's scenario, but some will be replaced by humans as re-elections, civil wars, and/or death happens.
