Mod «50 Construction Slots» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.13.1)

Reason: Update mod to version: 11.10.23
This mod makes the maximum number of building slots in a state 50 instead of 25.
It also makes it so you can build 40 of a factory instead of just 20. Also I doubled the amount of starting slots for each state type. So cities use to be 6 now they are 12. I left those that were 0 eg wastelands at 0. Not sure if I should increase them or not.

hey can you make this mod more interesting by adding new mechanism of urbanization that include population and infrastructure and political power to improve state and add more building slot...not just by adding more slut to all game map.
