Mod «Unlimited Ideologies 2» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.8.0 - 1.8.1)

Removes the limits placed on each ideology and allows all ideologies to be boosted by any country. Any country can pick any mobilization, manpower, or trade laws they want. Demobilization decisions have been removed. Any country can puppet in peace conferences. Neutral and Democratic countries can declare war whenever and on whoever they want.
