Mod «MD: Dynamic Research Slots» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.11.9)

Submod for Millennium Dawn: A Modern Day Mod.

This mod introduces a concept of "Research Power" (RP in short), which determines how many research slots every nation in the world gets.

Requirements for unlocking each research slot:

• 1:  0 RP
• 2:  0 RP
• 3:  10 RP
• 4:  50 RP
• 5:  100 RP
• 6:  200 RP
• 7:  350 RP
• 8:  500 RP
• 9:  750 RP
• 10: 1 000 RP
• 11: 1 300 RP
• 12: 1 600 RP
• 13: 2 000 RP
• 14: 2 500 RP
• 15: 3 000 RP 

RP is generated by civilian & military factories, as well as naval dockyards.

I also introduced something I call "Easy Research Slots", which are slots that the nation would have otherwise (starting slots + gained through national focuses), and have their RP requirement lowered to 60%:

For example, Russia originally starts with 7 research slots, but with theirs just 68 RP from factories, they'd get only 4. But because up unitl 7th research slot they have requirement lowered by 40%, 5th research slot requires 60 and not 100 RP, so they get 5. Any national focus that would add give them an additional research slot will not do so instantly, but will instead be added to easy research slots.

While certainly there is still a lot of balancing to be done, both in terms of RP requirements, as well as how much of it each building generates, I am satisfied with the current version of this mod so I decided to share it already.
