Mod «Across The Dnieper» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.13.1 - 1.13.6)

"Across the Dnieper" is a mod for Hearts of Iron IV that explores the hypothetical Russo-Ukrainian War. This conflict sees the two neighboring countries locked in a struggle for control over the strategic Dnieper River, with each side seeking to expand its territory and influence.

The mod features a detailed and engaging campaign that allows players to take command of either the Russian or Ukrainian forces as they battle it out across the river. With a range of new units, technologies, and strategies to explore, players can experience the tension and drama of this historic conflict in new and exciting ways.

• Reworked the Russian war tree
• Buffed some of the Russian 'Army Modernisation Program' decisions as well as added some new ones. Also increased the cost of some of them to 100pp (from 75pp)
• Raspizdyaystvo equipment event fire chances are now dependant on difficulty
• Minor performance increases
• Added some equipment GFX
• Russia now has more equipment in their stockpiles at game start
• Fixed some localisation errors
• Gave Russia some additional off-map military factories
• The Russian focus 'Economic Corridors' now gives +12% production efficiency cap
• Reworked the GFX for the EU and Visegrad spirits
• Decreased Kamikaze Drone IC cost
• The Factory & Dockyard Output modifiers for the Donbass countries has been changed from -20% to -50%
• Fixed a bug where Russia could have 'Lowered Morale' as a designer
• Fixed the bug where winter events firing at random points in the year
• Added some extra flavour events

Gameplay Changes:

• Told you DLC guys you're getting some content. Tank Designer! Works somewhat like vanilla, but has additional modules
• Finally, Terrain! Added a lot of terrain to the map
• Expanded Russian generals and advisors
• Added some extra content to Ukraine and Belarus

Balance Changes:

• Infantry / IFV's no longer have infinite air attack and piercing
• Changed some terrain modifiers, made most of it vanillaish
• Buffed Belarus a little bit, should feel better to play

Bug Fixes:

• Not detailed, but we've fixed some minor bugs, improved the performance a bit

• Ukrainian Content Update: Enhanced Ukrainian content with new focuses, events, and a more detailed war in the Donbass region.
