Mod «Millenium Dawn: Russia can join the EU» for Hearts of Iron 4 (v1.11.9)

Any European Union Member can start the "Russia" Focus which will on completion start the whole voting process inside the decisions for all the EU Members.
With success in this Vote, Russia will gain Membership to the European Union.
Other players and i noticed that you aren't able to join the EU as Russia even when you complete the Yavlinsky Path. The EU is also not able to invite you as Russia as they don't have a Focus for that.
So i modified the European Focus Tree and many other things so that Russia can be invited by the Members of the European Union.
The mod requires: Millennium Dawn: A Modern Day Mod.
