Mod «Hungry Europans - Enforced Extras» for Barotrauma
Enforces the otherwise optional bladder and poop mechanics for all players. Everyone connecting to your game will automatically have to pee and poop sometime after eating and drinking so they can't refuse to play with them in your campaign.
