Use the Exo-suit tool in the 6th inventory slot.
Leap, climb, and swing all around like a crazy monkey. CONTROLS: grab anything by holding right click, then pull yourself around
Allow you to flood any map by spawning rising water. You can also toggle it on/off, change the rate of flooding and reset back to normal.
