My first mod in Teardown, a sci-fi board that hovers above any surface.
The Maxim M/32-33 is a Finnish modification of the Russian M1910 Maxim, developed by Aimo Lahti in 1932.

Objectives outline will always be visible regardless of the distance and also will be color coded!

A Drivable Pirate Ship
Realistic house with doors, lights, framing, and wiring and you can spawn it. First time making roof/second floor so its not that cool upstairs.
Replaces the sledge with the hammer from Clone Drone in the Danger Zone.
