Acid Gun (voxels) for Teardown

The voxel version of the acid gun.

It is almost the same as the particle version, however it was difficult to merge them into one mod partially due to different settings.

The voxels have proper physics (unlike the particles) and thus this mod is more resource intensive than the particle version.

A very old alpha of the acid gun was also working with voxels before switching the main mod to particles. The main changes since that version
