[KoT] BTR Vehicle Pack for Teardown

This pack includes Soviet APCs such as the BTR-70 and BTR-80 in various modifications.

The BTR is the primary transport vehicle for soldiers of the former USSR and Russian armies.
The BTR-80 was developed as a further evolution of the BTR-70 and is used in almost all former Soviet countries.

The basic design of the BTR originated from the BTR-60, which laid the foundation for all 8-wheeled APCs.
