Mod «Ratkin Vehicles+» for Rimworld (v1.4)

Reason: Update mod to version: 22.10.23
Adds some of the vehicles and corresponding pilot sets for ratkins.
At the moment, this mod only contains one biplane, which relies on Aerocraft Framework for its functionality. There are plans to add bombers and airships in the future, and to add ultralight tanks and rat-drawn carriage after the release of the vanilla vehicles framework.
*Compatible with CE (Now).
