Dev In Your Language exposes hardcoded or generated strings of developer tools, allowing translators of various languages to localize them.
Why?
I honestly don't know. Maybe it will enhance cheating experiences of your users, or help them getting into mod making.

I play in English, will it change anything?
Not that much, but at least I tried to fix some inconsistency of labels, even in English.
- Only add ellipsis when the action causes another menu to open.
- Fixed some inconsistent capitalization and spacing.
