Mod «[LTS]Tenants» for Rimworld (v1.3 - 1.4)

A new version of my old Tenants mod, something you all asked for for a long long time.

What is the mod Tenants?

Royalty and the mod Hospitality allows visitors to come by and live at your colony as guests. Imagine that, but for a longer time. Tenants live at yours and pays to do it, but they won’t work for you. They can be drafted to fight but having them die is sad and bad. If you prove to be a good host, they may ask to prolong the contract and even offer becoming full-fledged members. If you mistreat them, they might leave or worse!

Couriers are responsible for delivering the rent and they show up occasionally if you have a notice board.
