Mod «Dynamic Aesthetic Backgrounds VBE Edition» for Rimworld (v1.3)
This mod adds animated backgrounds made via photo manipulation and visual effects using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.
Load order does not matter. Load it before VBE or load it after, you decide!
Requires:
- Vanilla Backgrounds Expanded
- DLC Royalty (in the future it will not be necessary)
