Mod «Geothermal Coolers» for Rimworld (v1.3 - 1.6)

Adds a new way of cooling that doesn't require power, plus a larger option for over geothermal vents, don't ask how it works, it doesn't matter.

More specifically this adds two types of geothermal cooler:

• Geothermal Cooler - 2x2 sized, can go anywhere but uses small amounts of steel as fuel (like, really small amounts) rationalised as maintenance costs. Cools to -5C at the lowest.
• Geothermal Freezer - 6x6 and needs to be placed over a geothermal vent, however it has no maintenance cost since you're losing access to one of the limited number of vents on the map.

Both are unlocked from a single research item, placed after the passive coolers in the tech tree.
