AMERICAN Small Ground Robotic Vehicle made by Textron Systems and Howe & Howe Technologieswho is now a subsidiary (H&H made the UGV and manned RIPSAWs seen in many thing but prominently in Fast & Furious and the loose copy UGV in MW3) .

This is a real UGV produced in America in limited quantity.

This uses a hybrid diesel-electric drive and is a tracked vehicle and is armed with a Javalin and a M134 Minigun on CROWS mounted turret system.
