Mod «QSZ-11» for Ravenfield (Build 21)

Type 11 / QSZ 11 compact pistol is a new military sidearm, produced in China and adopted by PLA to arm officers and other military personnel that require compact and unobtrusive defensive gun, smaller than the standard issue Type 92 / QSZ 92 military pistol.

Unlike the full-size Type 92 pistol, the Type 11 / QSZ 11 compact pistol features aluminum alloy frame and simple blowback action. It also features traditional double action trigger with exposed hammer and slide-mounted manual safety. Ammunition is fed using single stack box magazines with 8-round capacity. According to some sources, Type 11 pistol is designed to be used primarily with “subsonic” ammunition, known as 5.8×22 DCV05 (with 4-gram bullet as opposed to standard 5.8mm ammunition which has noticeably faster 3-gram bullet). Apparently, standard 5.8mm ammunition works best with longer barrels, while slower subsonic ammunition in the same caliber is more suitable for shorter barrels.
