JMC's SCP-009 Mod for People Playground

Adds a working and spreading SCP-009 aka Red-Ice to the Game!
When in contact with any Entities, SCP-009 will, through unknown mechanisms, transfer its anomalous frost properties to other objects and creatures. The time it takes for this process to occour is only a few seconds in this Mod.
SCP-009 can be found in the Melee Tab.

When is got something wrong about 009 or there are any Bugs, please let me know and ill be happy to update/correct the Mod.

(this mod's SCP009 will not affect water)
